I have purchased a total of 6 sets of led bulbs from Lasfit 3 for each car the first upgrades were for my G37 first fog then high beam finally low beam. After I ordered the low beam one of the fog lights quit working I immediately contacted the company expressing my displeasure and concern about quality and low beams expected soon and they made it right by sending a new set to me and they worked great til I sold the car. A couple years later the girlfriends car drops a ballest so I replace the high low and fog on her car and maybe 6 months of operation later one starts to flicker and then the other starts to fail as well both cars low beams were the D2S bulbs and rated for 30000 hrs the first to fail had less than 30hrs and the last to fail had less then a tenth of the 30000 claimed. I'm sure if I had contacted the company they would have replaced them but we were already separated so I gave 2 s#&ts about her car so I never bothered but the install on these lights can be difficult and expensive and for the cost of these led lights I would expect better than just crank em out and replace em fast when they fail plan of action. I would not buy from this company again

    Hello Troy,

We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered with the LAplusD2 bulbs in your vehicles.
The lifetime of the LED bulbs could be influenced by many factors, such as space for heat dissipation, stable power supply and so on, so they could be out sometimes.
But do not worry, we always stand behind our products and assist you in any way we can.
To deliver a better product experience, we will send you a new pair after confirming the address info with you.

We understand that the LAplusD2 bulbs are not plug-and-play and require modification of the factory connector to fit your vehicle, which can present challenges during installation.
In light of the installation difficulty and your overall experience, we would like to offer a resolution. Instead of sending replacement bulbs, we will proceed with refunding the cost of the LAplusD2 bulbs to you.

We also have reached out to you through our customer support email cs@lasfit.com to follow up.
Feel free to email back to us if you need any further support.

    Sincerely,
    Lasfit Customer Support Team

Not in any way a replacement for factory HID

Purchased those out of curiosity really, I was looking to see if it's possible to improve the light output by ditching the factory HID bulbs and ballast, seeing what kind of results other people got going away from Halogen bulbs.

I have a 2000 Lexus ES, and in short, those bulbs are just as bad as they could ever be. The light intensity is worse than factory HID, below a narrow strip right in front of the headlights, the light output dips considerably, the cut-off section designed to prevent others from getting blind is muffled and distorted, worst of all is that it was now sitting much higher than it used to, you will for sure hear from people on the opposite lane driving with those bulbs.

I ensured that the bulb was rotated correctly with LEDs set to 9 and 3, as the retension collar allows the bulb to rotate freely if adjustment is necessary. After that failed, I tried rotating the bulb while it was turned on, but things only got even worse.

The fun part is that I filed a return claim about 4 work days ago, the same day I received the bulbs, and managed to receive 2 promotional letters in the meantime asking for a share or a review, but nothing regarding my return.

The bottom line - if your bulb or ballast went out, they are sold separately, you will be a lot better off repairing your old HID setup, it may even end up being cheaper, if you are looking for an improvement, we'll then this is really not the right option for you.

    2005 Lexus LS430

I finally decided to retrofit my LS430 headlights to LED, it's quite a job to get the headlights out of the car, D2S adapter fit in no issue and the beam focus is dead on, the main issue is the HID ballas can NOT remove so I have to sacrifice the ballast by cut the cable!!! I wish the LED bulbs are 50W instead of 30W because the output lumens a little brighter compared to the OEM D2S bulbs, I may seek other brands LED bulbs to upgrade to higher output, after reinstalling everything back and test driving at night the headlights auto leveling /AFS remain unchanged so it's a plus, I regretted doing the retrofit too late...I should do it back in 2016 when I bought the vehicle, because my Lexus LS430 is 2005 compared to the 2001-2003 which remove the ballast is a breeze but not with 2004-2006 that has the AFS system, there are no way to remove it.

Pros: LED brightness, color, inexpensive bulbs replacement and less dangerous compared to HID bulbs.
Cons: require understanding headlights retrofit knowledge and skill in order to custom install it.

I gave it 5+ stars on the parts quality, I do wish it's 50w instead of 30w LED bulbs.

I am really satisfied with the retrofit, it's well worth the time and works I put in, it's huge benefit on nighttime driving. It's now depended how long the LED bulbs will last.

Great product with great fitment. The lights look well made and doesn't seem flimsy like the cheap imitations. Brightness is good as well as pattern. The car originally had HIDs, but something went wrong with the electrical system. This was a good time for me to upgrade to LED without spending a ton of money on Factory parts. They really were plug and play, super easy install and only took minutes. Their customer service is great and responsive. Warranty is one of the best parts about purchasing this product.
