If you reside in the United States, various state privacy laws provide you with specific rights over your personal information. In particular, California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
● Right to Know: To request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of data, sources, purposes, and third parties we share it with.

● Right to Correct: To request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
● Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: To opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties, or the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising) purposes. We do not sell or share data about California users unless you have been provided proper notice and an opportunity to opt out. ● Right of Non-Discrimination: You have the right to receive equal service and price, even if you exercise your privacy rights. We will not retaliate or discriminate against you for exercising any of the above rights.
Exercising U.S. State Rights: To exercise any applicable U.S. state privacy rights (including the California rights listed above), you or your authorized agent may submit a request to us by emailing support@lasfit.com. California residents may use an authorized agent with a valid power of attorney, or with written authorization (we may require the agent to provide proof of your permission and verify their identity). If you believe we have not honored your request properly, you have the right to appeal by contacting us again; we will review and respond to any appeal within the time required by law.
California “Shine the Light”: Separately, California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) allows residents to request certain details about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing use without your consent. If you have questions about this practice, you may contact us at any time.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Company through our website or services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the website.
