How to Start a Return

● Receive return authorization with the return address and a shipping label
● Ship it back
● Receive refund or replacement, once the return package is received your refund will be issued or we will send the replacement
● NOTE: Our refund does not cover installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, or any other expense unrelated to the products.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new condition within 45 days of your purchase (Lasfit Elite Club members have up to 90 days from the date of purchase).
Return label will be provided for the product issue only. If the reason for return is not a result of a Lasfit error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with all tags and packaging fully intact, including the original packaging box and any related accessories.
