      Mats not as advertised and struggling to be allowed to return

      I sent an email to customer service immediately after receiving the floor mats because the back floor mat came as 2 small pieces that did not cover the entire back space and hump as pictured in photos online and on the box. I included photos of the image on the box and a photo of the mats. Today I received an email back saying the photos I sent indicated the mats were correct and to send photos of the mats in my vehicle as well as my VIN and that I will only get a refund if I can show the mats do not fit! It is clear from the photos I took that this is not what was advertised!!!

      We do apologize for the frustrating experience you had.
      We initially thought that the photos you provided were meant to illustrate the floor mats you wanted are the ones shown on the box, so we wanted to get more information about your vehicle to offer solution. The image on the box is a generic one and does not mean that the floor mats inside will match the box image.

      The rear floor mats are not connected and consist of three separate pieces. The first picture shows what they look like once installed, and there is
      a image on the details page displaying them separately. If you received only two pieces, the middle one may have been missed during packaging. We have reported this issue to our factory and will improve the packaging process to prevent it from happening again in the future.

      We also reached out to you through our customer support email cs@lasfit.com and offered return shipping label.
      If there is anything you'd like us to assist you with, we'll be glad to help you!

      Outstanding customer service!

      When I received my 2015 Cherokee mats I was disappointed because it did not fit my drivers side. I contacted customer service and they realized that there was two fits for my vehicles model that they were not aware of originally. They offered me to keep the mats at a discount and they even updated their website description to avoid this from happening to customers in the future! Outside of the mishap, the quality, look, and fit of the mats are superb! Definitely recommend Lasfit brand.
