I have used a competitor's floor liners in another car, and I am really pleased with how the liners from Lasfit compare. The Lasfit liners I received look just like the product images on the website, and they fit perfectly. They are at least as thick as the "all weather" mats that came with our car. The biggest thing for me is that the Lasfit liners have much better coverage than the factory mats (higher sides and extending deeper into the footwells).

I've had these mats for over 2 weeks now and they have been great! Fits perfectly, cleans easily with a simple vacuum and wipe down, and keeps my car looking tidy. I love that the backseat mats cover the center hump, which the OEM ones didn't. Also comes with a trunk mat, these cost the same as the OEM ones that don't come with a trunk mat. The edges also rise higher than the OEM mats, offering maximum protection for your carpets. Must buy!

Two of items came damaged.

1. This is actually the first time we've encountered such a situation, and we are keen to investigate further and assist you in resolving it.
Could you please confirm if the package box containing these mats arrived in good condition when you received it?

2. It appears that this issue may have arisen from stacking multiple mat pieces together during storage and transit, rather than being a product defect.
For areas that are slightly deformed, we recommend placing the mats in direct sunlight for 5-8 hours to help them regain their original shape.
In cases of severe deformation like those shown in pictures 1 and 5, you can use a hair dryer to gently heat the affected area, softening the rubber to facilitate recovery of the floor mats.

Rest assured, if the mats still do not fit correctly after these steps, we will promptly send you a new set.
