H7 LED bulbs require a vehicle-specific adapter for proper installation. However, many brands sell universal-fit bulbs with poor adapters, leading to bad fitment and even bulbs falling out of the housing. Some brands suggest modifying your OEM adapter, which is time-consuming and difficult.
After hearing from many Mercedes Benz GLS-Class owners, we developed the custom-designed Lasfit Pro-MB2 LED bulb to solve this problem once and for all.

What is Lasfit Custom H7 LED bulb?

Some Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen vehicles come with unique OEM H7 halogen bulb retainers, meaning that if you choose standard H7 LED bulbs, you’ll need to purchase a special H7 retainer adapter separately to complete the installation. Some users have also reported that LED bulbs feel loose after installation in the light housing. To make DIY installations easier, Lasfit redesigned certain H7 LED bulbs, creating custom H7 LED bulbs. These feature an all-in-one design with the retainer adapter integrated into the bulb, eliminating the need for an extra adapter. As shown in the videos, this custom H7 LED bulb includes a special adapter that combines the H7 mounting plate with the retainer holder. After extensive testing on various cars and repeated analysis of light housing structures, we’ve perfected the design.

Fits perfectly and way brighter than halogens what a difference maker can see a lot better hopefully it will last. Highly recommended.

I wish That It is Brighter!

Installation is easy. Direct Fit for 17 GLS450. Make sure the orientation is correct. I had to redo a bulb because I had it upside down.

Compared to my stock LED from my other vehicle I wish these bulbs were 50-75% brighter. If the advertised lumens is correct then 4500-5000 lumens total would be perfect. If Lasfit can come out with a newer version that's brighter, throws little more range, and direct fitment I would buy that instead.

We're very sorry that your experience did not match your expectations.
If possible, please check if they are installed in the correct direction, which is LED chips should be facing side to side, 3 to 9 o'clock, not up-down.
Also, the power cable should be downward, you can please rotate the LED bulb to adjust it.

If properly installed and still not bright enough, please also check if the factory headlight comes with a projector lens or not.
Usually, the brightness will be reduced when lighting is output through the projector headlight.

If the brightness doesn't improve after adjustment or you still don't like these bulbs, we also have the 70W-7000LM LAair H7 bulbs, which can directly replace the halogen H7 bulb, here is the link for your reference:

GLS450 2017

Bought other bulbs with the universal adapters. They are close to impossible to install correctly. Bought these and complete install was 15 total minutes. The custom adapters are exactly what’s needed to upgrade your bulbs and make installation possible . On both sides I was able to click in on the first try. Excellent product for your Mercedes GLS450 with the crap halogen bulbs.
