Loving my new car mats. Using their chat for assistance was quick and very convenient. Shipping took exactly a week. I ordered on a Friday and they came the following Friday. I purchased the front and second row. Wish they had third row mats which would have been perfect and completed my floor look. Nonetheless I am loving my new mats.
