Use a 35mm cooling fan with 5-blade. The all-in-one compact aluminum design brings better heat dissipation than common plastic design, and intelligent IC makes sure the LED conversion kits last longer.
• Working Environment
The bulbs use a new cooling system with a unique double ball-bearing fan preventing the driving from the loud noise from the cooling fan.

The 1.5mm aluminum parts are much thinner than the common ones in the market which could perform with no dark spot. The LED chips from each size are closer to the factory halogen bulbs to carry a brighter and more concentrated light output than stock lights. I absolutely love these switchback fog lights! I have used them so many times in rain, fog, and snow and they work well with no glare on amber and then when it is just dark, I use the white and they are very bright. Love them!
Switchbacks are a night & difference over the stick bulbs. Way brighter. Easy installation. One hiccup, the connector to one of the bulbs is stuck inside the housing & will require a pick or screw driver to remove/change in the future. Not worried about it right now though.
Switchback feature worked right out of the gate.
The lights are super bright and a big upgrade from halogen. Even the amber is brighter and better looking than the stock halogen. I love the switchback and how it changes the look of the car. However, what I don't like is they switch EVERY time you cycle between low and high beam. 95% of factory fog lights shut off when you cycle to high beam. They already have a chip in them, so a simple reprogram of commands to only switch on a short power cycle and then hold memory would solve the issue. Fix that bug and these are 5+ star lights!

Regarding your concern about the light switching every time you cycle between low and high beam, we understand your preference for a more seamless operation.
Our LED bulbs are designed to follow the factory lighting design, which may include certain functionalities.
Such as the light changing between 6000K cool white and 3000K warm yellow light when toggling between low and high beam modes.
Your suggestion for a simple reprogramming to only switch on a short power cycle and then hold memory is insightful, and we will forward it to our R&D department and take this into consideration for future product enhancements.
